The last month was tough, full moon, SW winds and a few late season cold fronts moved thru. The fish get moved around and are never in the same place 2 days in a row. We have used Live Shrimp and NLBN’s to put fish in the boat.

I have had some great hardcore people willing to stick out the long hard days, until we found fish. There have been days the bite would turn on @3 o’clock, I will stay until fish bite!

The summer months are hot, but they produce lots of fish. The finger mullet will show up in May and June. I love these baits easy to find and catch. The best part is fish love them like M&M’s, I’m looking forward to it.

I will be fishing Key Largo Reef and backcountry a little more over the summer.
